1. What is a vehicle pawn?<\/h2><\/div>

A vehicle pawn consists of a contract under which we purchase your vehicle and offer you the option to buy it back within one month for an amount consisting of the money provided, the costs incurred and the commission for providing the funds.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

2. How long does the pawn agreement last?<\/h2><\/div>

All contracts have a duration of one month. However, at the end of each one-month period, the customer may either renew the contract by paying the costs associated with the funds provided or terminate it by paying the full amount provided, the costs incurred and the corresponding commission.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

3. Where will your vehicle be stored?<\/h2><\/div>

Your vehicle will be stored at our facilities, which are monitored 24 hours a day.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

4. How long do the transactions last?<\/h2><\/div>

They are normally arranged on a monthly basis, although each case is different and is assessed individually.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

5. What is the maximum amount I can request?<\/h2><\/div>

That depends on the vehicle you wish to pawn, or the vehicles, as several vehicles can be included in the same transaction. We approve transactions for up to 60% of the vehicle’s value.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

6. Can I lose my car?<\/h2><\/div>

A vehicle pawn is a purchase and sale transaction with a buyback option, subject to specific time limits and payment commitments on agreed dates. However, the contract includes certain conditions whereby, in the event of a delay, additional fees may be charged, but a delay does not automatically result in the loss of the vehicle. Please note that failure to comply with the contractual obligations may result in termination of the contract.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

7. What if I don't live in M\u00e1laga?<\/h2><\/div>

Don’t worry. Thanks to new technologies, we can assess and sign the transaction without you having to travel to our facilities.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

8. What documents do you need to assess my transaction?<\/h2><\/div>

We need your ID card or passport, vehicle registration certificate, technical inspection documents and a report showing any outstanding charges or liens on the vehicle. We would then ask you to provide 5 photos of the exterior and 5 photos of the interior of the vehicle.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

9. Do you also offer this service for motorcycles?<\/h2><\/div>

Yes, we also carry out transactions involving motorcycles. The process is the same.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

10. What is the maximum age of a vehicle that can be pawned?<\/h2><\/div>
